Our objective as a prayer team is to seek the Lord on behalf of this church body. We strive to reach God's Ear and Touch God's Heart with what we believe are the issues, circumstances, timing, ministries, teachings, fellowship and love that is His will for us.

We feel lead to cover all aspects of this church body in prayer, speaking the Word of God boldly in the following regular prayer times:

Sunday 6:00 to 7:00 AM. . . Prayer with Pastor Rich in the Sanctuary to cover the three Worship Services with anointing, that the people coming to facilitate will be God's hands, feet, voice and love. We pray for the people coming in that they would be aware of God as soon as they arrive on the grounds and would receive all God has for them.

Wednesday 9:30 AM. . . Prayer for the individual needs of this body which are submitted through written prayer requests placed in the white prayer box located in the Narthex. Personal needs for healing, strength, deliverance, prosperity and a deeper faith. A teaching is brought forth at this gathering.

Wednesday 6:00 PM. . . Prayer for the church body as a whole, its leaders, ministries, teachings, buildings and grounds- for God's will and a Spirit of Wisdom, Peace and Unity.

Fourth Monday of each month 6:30 to 7:00 PM. . .Prayer preceding each church council meeting- for God's perfect will for the leadership and plan for this church body.

Special times of intercession as needed. . . to cover special services with God's anointing- Christmas, Easter, Special Prayer or Healing Services.

HPUMC has been blessed with a Power Team leader with a passion for seeking God in prayer. Often God gives Ellen insites which she puts on paper to share with others. Below is a list of her writings
