My passion for serving at HPUMC for the last 8 years is to see people come to a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and develop a deep spiritual life. Mrs. Michelle Morgan

My name is Michelle Morgan and I am the Christian Education Director at HPUMC. I have a great love for children and teaching them about the love of Jesus Christ. I also teach pre school at the church. It is a blessing serving the Lord in this ministry because I get to be creative and interact with others. Seeing kids grow in their knowledge and understanding of Jesus is an amazing thing to witness. I myself, have two children and a wonderful husband. My favorite thing to do is spend time together with them! They are a blessing from God!

Mrs. Karen Hartz
Director of Pre-School

A Christian artist, educator, daughter, mother, friend, and biker (10 speed) I am Karen Hartz, the director of the PreSchool at HPUMC. Personally, God blessed me with 31 years of marriage to a wonderful man and Tim and I shared the joy of parenting our two terrific children. Our son and his beautiful bride live in Brentwood and our daughter is currently studying in Philadelphia. This leaves me home alone with Zoey, my greyhound and the children of HPUMC Preschool who fill my life. Professionally, I have taught in the Steel Valley School District in the 70's and at Begin-der-garten for 20 years. Sharing my love of children with a wonderful staff at HPUMC and working with families of children entering the educational experience for the first time is truly a privilege. As the director I am committed to teach and model Gospel values to encourage children to live their lives as a reflection of Christ.

Mrs. Amy Nolan
Office Manager
"Hello, thank you for calling Homestead Park United Methodist Church. This Is Amy speaking, how can I help you?" This is what you hear every time you call the office at HPUMC, and it's not just something I say, it's what I truly mean. I'm Amy Nolan and I'm the Office Manager/Financial Administrator for HPUMC. I joined the staff in December of 2006 after feeling led to take the position, and it has been one of the great blessings in my life. I handle the day to day operations, numbers crunching, spreadsheets and the overall "business matters that no one likes to do". Just kidding! I love my job because of the relationships I have with our church members and the opportunity I have to interact with the people of the surrounding area. As for me, I have been blessed with a wonderful husband and together we have 3 beautiful children who are a constant reminder that God is working in every aspect of our lives.
